How do I redeem my educational gift card?

To redeem your gift card, visit our redemption portal at learn.verdantvoucher.com or scan the QR code on your physical card. You'll need to create an account (or log in to your existing account) and enter your unique redemption code. This will unlock both your gift card value and the educational content included with your purchase.

Where can I use my gift card value?

VerdantVoucher gift cards can be used at any of our partner retailers, both online and in physical stores. Our current partner network includes over 150 retailers across various categories including clothing, home goods, electronics, and more. You can view the full list of participating retailers in your account dashboard after redeeming your card.

How long do I have access to the educational content?

Your access to the educational modules begins when you redeem your gift card and continues for 24 months from that date. During this period, you can revisit the content as often as you like, and you'll also receive any updates or improvements made to the modules during your access period.

Can I give an educational gift card to someone else?

Absolutely! Our gift cards are designed to be giftable. When purchasing, you can choose between digital delivery (where we send the redemption code directly to the recipient's email) or physical card delivery (which we can ship either to you or directly to the recipient). You can also add a personalized message during the checkout process.

What if I lose my gift card or redemption code?

If you've lost your physical gift card or can't find your redemption code, we can help recover it if you registered your purchase. Contact our support team at support@verdantvoucher.com with your order details (purchase date, name, and email used for purchase). For unregistered cards, we may still be able to help if you have your original purchase receipt or confirmation email.
